Equal is unequal equal = ≠ =

A live radio show co-produced with Artlink.

Where and when are we all the same? What is a “normal” person? What can you do against racism? What role do privileges play in a society that wants to be diverse? 80 twelve-year-old Swiss women with a migration background interview themselves, their families and guests: Alina, Flora, Estelle and Prince, originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Angola, Ghana and South Africa and some of whom have been in Switzerland for a long time, children of the same age from a private school and two elderly ladies from Zurich.

Through their research, the young people learn more about their own roots, their superpowers and their ability to take control of their own destiny. « Equal is unequal Equal = ≠ = » is an installation and a radio show with audio collages, live moderation, texts and original sounds – conveying a multi-perspective version of the topic.
