Biography

I am a director, actress, performer, speaker, author, art mediator, tango dancer and former economist. I live with my husband and two sons in Zurich and like to travel across the ocean to smell my Colombian roots. I am interested in people and their desires.

After studying economics at the National University of Bogota, I lived in Paris, where I visited the Ecole Jacques Lecoq. At the Hochschule der Künste Bern I graduated with a “Master of Theatre” in 2014 and established the artist platform Mandarina&Co. My own works – interactive performances, sound installations, radio and radio plays for adults as well as theatre for a young audience – are shown in different houses and places in Switzerland, Austria and Luxembourg. I love to work across genres and in transdisciplinary contexts mixing fiction and reality, usually based on documentary and biographical contents.
